Amy Appleby

Spanish Instructor.

 

Amy Appleby graduated from Berry College with a BA in Spanish and a minor in Education.  She taught at Rockdale County High School for three years before earning her M.Ed. in Foreign Language Education from the University of Georgia.  From there, Mrs. Appleby taught at South Gwinnett High School for one year, and Grayson High School for three years.


Mrs. Appleby grew up in Conyers, and she currently lives in Oxford with her husband, Walter, and their two children. Her family enjoys camping, the beach, skiing and diving. 

 

When asked about teaching at Eastminster, Mrs. Appleby said, “I love the family atmosphere at our school, and I love knowing that my children are receiving the very best education possible!  Each new year is so exciting because the students are motivated and enjoy learning so much.”
